Achilles, a provider of supply chain risk solutions, has completed the purchase of Australian contractor management and compliance software company Cm3. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the acquisition received clearance from Australian regulators and is expected to reinforce Achilles’ foothold in the Asia‑Pacific market.
According to a company statement, Cm3 will retain its existing teams while gaining access to Achilles’ larger scale, technical expertise and investment capacity. CEO Sebastien Roussotte highlighted the strong customer relationships and safety expertise of Cm3, noting that the combined capabilities will enable both firms to deliver enhanced value and broaden service offerings across the region.
