OTT can be defined as the services of the users of the devices such as audio, video and content (such as games, books, etc.) received over the internet. Initially, it meant only the transmission of audio and video content, while today the definition of OTT has expanded and encompassed many services or content on the internet. Users can receive these services from anywhere, at any time and on any device they want.
From this definition, users can use OTT; desktop / laptop, game console, tablet, smart phone, STB (set top box), smart TV’s, clock and glasses can receive over. In the near future, OTT will become available on all devices that can be connected to the internet.
